Behind the Scenes: How We Transformed an Empty Room for a Graduation in Under 6 Hours

There’s a question we get asked often: «how long does it actually take to decorate a room?» To answer it properly, we’re taking you behind the scenes of one of our real graduation setups: a team of 3, almost 6 hours of work, and a room that went from completely empty to fully ready for the celebration.

The starting point
We arrived at the venue with the space completely empty — no decor, no special furniture yet. Before starting, the team reviewed the layout to map out where everything would go: the main backdrop, the head table, and the key spots for photos.

Teamwork
With 3 people coordinating tasks at the same time, the setup was divided: one person on the backdrop structure, another on centerpieces and table details, and another on balloons and finishing touches. Working as a team was key to getting it all done in the time we had.

The result
After almost 6 hours of setup, the room was completely transformed and ready to welcome the family and celebrate that big milestone.
