We arrived at the venue with the space completely empty \u2014 no decor, no special furniture yet. Before starting, the team reviewed the layout to map out where everything would go: the main backdrop, the head table, and the key spots for photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 3 people coordinating tasks at the same time, the setup was divided: one person on the backdrop structure, another on centerpieces and table details, and another on balloons and finishing touches. Working as a team was key to getting it all done in the time we had.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After almost 6 hours of setup, the room was completely transformed and ready to welcome the family and celebrate that big milestone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
